who completed the entire series earned 40 hours CEU's for licensure. They also
met the new Rules of the Court requirements under 1257.4 for certification
as a child custody evaluator. By taking the entire series, participants could
also meet
the 12 hour domestic violence requirements for custody evaluators under 1257.7
rule. Participants who completed the entire series or the January series
met the custody requirements for child sexual abuse topics outlined in
3110.5 of the Rules of the Court. And, MFT's and LCSW's who completed the entire first weekend
also earned their 6
hours of law and ethics training while psychologists earned their 4 hours of
law and ethics training for the Friday Aug. 2nd seminar)

Dr. Rybicki has also recently published an article on
police psychology with a focus on pre-employment psychological evaluations and
work fitness or fitness for duty evaluations. The article appears in the Journal
